Coronavirus and My Real Estate Photography Business
First and foremost, I hope you and your family are healthy and staying safe.
As the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold in our state, our country, and around the world, I wanted you to know that I am open for business and ready to help you in your real estate business anyway I can.
As you know, the Federal Reserve slashed interest rates to zero as part of a wide-ranging emergency intervention during this national health crisis. I am hopeful that this rate-cutting measure will aid in keeping the real estate engine running by encouraging first-time home buyers, encouraging those looking to downsize (or upsize), and encouraging sellers to put their homes on the market.
I will continue to offer my professional real estate photography just as I always have for you, with focus and zeal. Out of an abundance of caution though, and since I am helping to care for my 93-year-old mother-in-law, I will be wearing a surgical face mask during every scheduled photo shoot. I would encourage you to do the same to protect yourself and your family.
For everyone’s continued health, it might be prudent for you to ask your clients the following questions prior to both of us entering their homes:
1. Have they or anyone in their homes traveled within the last 14 days domestically or internationally, especially to places with known cases of COVID-19?
2. Have they come in contact with anyone (that they know of) that has recently been confirmed for COVID-19?
3. Do they or anyone in their home have a fever greater than 100.4?
We can all do our part to help keep one another healthy, mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus (as well as the flu), and flatten the curve.
Thank you for your understanding. If I can be of any assistance, feel free to call, text, or email anytime. I wish you and your family health and financial stability during this national health crisis.
